Refunds & Returns Policy

At AMELIA, your satisfaction is important to us. We want you to feel confident when shopping with us, and we are here to help if something is not quite right with your order.

30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be requested before sending an item back to us. Items returned without first contacting us and receiving return instructions will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please make sure your return is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as AMELIA is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged on their way back to us.

Return Shipping Costs

If the item is not damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases, we will provide further instructions and, where applicable, cover the return shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us at ameliaclothingsupport@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label where possible.

Once reviewed, we will let you know the next steps. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened, used, worn, or removed from their original protective packaging.

Non-returnable items may include, but are not limited to, personal care products, cosmetics, intimate apparel, and any products that come into direct contact with the skin or body where hygiene protection has been removed or broken.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return your original item first. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, incorrect, or where otherwise required by law.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As stated above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Failed Delivery, Refused Parcels & Uncollected Orders

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details, including full address, postal code, email address, and contact information, are complete and accurate at the time of purchase.

If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, refusal to accept the parcel, non-collection, or failure to respond to courier or customer service communication, AMELIA is not responsible for undelivered, delayed, returned, or lost parcels.

If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery, refusal, or non-collection, we may deduct any shipping, return, handling, or processing costs from any eligible refund, where permitted by law.
